Return Policy – Blue St Designs

At Blue St Designs, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind, handcrafted artwork, jewelry, and suncatchers. Due to the unique nature of our pieces, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items & Shipping Issues

We take great care in packaging our artwork, jewelry, and suncatchers to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours

    • Email BlueStDesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
  2. Resolution Options

    • Depending on the extent of the damage, we may offer a replacement (if available), repair, or store credit.
    • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for irreparable damage.

Additional Notes:

  • We are not responsible for minor variations in color, texture, or design, as each piece is an original, handmade item.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced.
