Order Processing

  • Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your shipment.
  • Order Changes or Cancellations

    • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at BlueStDesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible.
    • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Time Frames

    • Standard shipping is 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
    • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options or international shipping.
  • Shipping Locations

    • We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly through the USPS website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email for updates.
  2. Contact us at BlueStDesigns@gmail.com for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage.
  2. Contact us at (913)709-8603 within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement (if available) or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
